Make sure your shrimp are thawed the night before in the refrigerator or by thawing under running cold water.
Chop up all your ingredients for the pineapple salsa and combine/mix well into a bowl. Put into refrigerator to chill while the shrimp are cooking.
Melt the butter in the frying pan and after the butter has just melted, put the shrimp into the pan to cook with the stove temperature set just below medium.
Sprinkle the shrimp with half of the seasonings, squeeze half of the lime juice over it, and cook for around 2 minutes, then flip each shrimp over and add the remaining seasonings to the other side along with some of the lime juice.
Cook for around 2 minutes or until the shrimp are completely done. Shrimp are done when the color changes to white with pink stripes and they will curl up to a smaller size.
Place some shrimp into a taco shell and top with the pineapple salsa and lettuce.
Enjoy!
